We provide a 1-year warranty on all installation work, covering any defects in workmanship or installation-related issues.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new installations. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll work to make it right or provide a refund.
Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, minus restocking fees.
Monitoring services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Installation services cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
