Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Our services include the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems and related equipment.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of installation unless other arrangements have been made. Monthly monitoring fees are due in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable security services, we cannot guarantee prevention of all security breaches. Our liability is limited to the cost of our services.

Equipment Warranty

All equipment comes with manufacturer warranty plus our additional service warranty:

  • CCTV Cameras: 2-3 years depending on model
  • DVR/NVR Systems: 2-3 years
  • Access Control Systems: 2 years
  • Alarm Systems: 2 years

Installation Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all installation work, covering any defects in workmanship or installation-related issues.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Unauthorized modifications
Return & Refund Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new installations. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll work to make it right or provide a refund.

Equipment Returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, minus restocking fees.

Service Cancellation

Monitoring services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Installation services cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
